This single board integrates dual controllers for inherent functional safety, protecting core functions with 1500V isolation and safeguarding downstream systems with integrated relay arrays. Capture advanced sensor data from PWM to PFM, and leverage dual RS-485/CAN Bus for reliable connectivity. As a cornerstone of our Physical-AI enabled portfolio, the GP516, when paired with our proprietary drivers, directly feeds data and information into your AI models, eliminating extensive software layers and simplifying the development of autonomous decision-making. Drive high-power contactor banks for EV charging and BESS with precision algorithmic switching, or deploy it as a standalone functional safety controller in your most demanding applications.   • Configurable bus addresses and termination resistors accommodate the usage of identical hardware instances across one bus.
  • 4-20mA analog input and 20mA output current source that can be used for High Voltage Interlock (HVIL) controls.
  • Direct digital input, PWM, PDM and PFM inputs that can drive output states or that can be read digitally from RS485 or CAN
  • 250V, 8A Dry contact outputs with hardware state feedback for functional safety
  • Compatible Medical, industrial, automotive, or defense systems
